The 2006 FIFA World Cup is just around the corner (starts June 9 I think?).

Working out which team/s to support for this world cup is something I don’t take lightly. In fact, I use a very complex mathematical equation...

So far Portugal and Italy are the front runners.

And I shall also be looking forward to seeing these guys as well.

OMG, Oh the guy the left, yummy!
Tart, tell me who are they? I don't watch soccer (er, your 'football') so don't know their names but will start watching if I can see them.

Ann, the one of the left is Michael Owen, the one of the right is the divine and gorgeous David Beckham. I luv Beckham LOL. They both play for England.

That's Beckham? It didn't look like him. LOL. I actually do know who he is, not a complete clod. LOL
Now, am off to find more picks of this lovely Michael Owen.
Tks!

Hey, we miss you on tag board thingy, is it still giving you fits? Oh and hows the hickey?

Can't wait, can't wait! Of course, I will be supporting Australia, but then how the other team will be is still up for grabs.

Ann - yeah, that's Beckham. I adore him. He's gorgeous and cool and rich and a bloody good footballer LOL. Of course, he has a girly voice and is married to a walking skeleton, but hey, you can't have everything :P

Marg - You'd think with Aussie being a close neighbour, more NZers would support the team, but no! That trans-tasman rivalry is still strong LOL.

I didn't expect that too many Kiwi's would support the Aussies!!!

Long live trans-Tasman rivalries
