3. B. I'd normally say A, but I saw a guy just last night wearing skinny jeans and he totally pulled them off. I think it depends on the size of the guy and the tightness of the jeans. They can't be too tight and he can't be too skinny or too big. And what the hell am I rambling on about, I have no idea about anything fashion.
