It's been a long four months and thanks to a lovely cute guy called Jamie, the sex drought is finally over LOL.

I met him on Friday night after the Kings of Leon concert. Dark hair, green eyes, sweet smile. Obviously drunk enough to overlook my terrible haircut LOL. Probably in his 20s (judging from the decor in his flat/room).

I doubt I'll be seeing him again (it was a one night deal LOL) but it was a fun night.

So, I drunk cut my hair last night... as you do LOL.

It seemed like a great idea at the time, I was on a scissor high. Snip, snip.

Now I have this weird, chunky bowl cut. I look like Jim Carrey in "Dumb and Dumber". 

No luck getting to see my hairdresser to fix it, so I'll go see someone tomorrow to see if they can do anything with it. I think I'll have to have a crop or something, seeing as the longest layer is about level with my ears. Ugh.

New laptop and more additions to the Fuckit List

I finally got my new laptop - yay. 

I've purchased a MacBook and it's so pretty. I'm relatively familiar with Macs (the ex-BF had a fancy shmancy one) so it's not too much of a learning curve. It sure is pretty though. And it doesn't disconnect me from the internet for no reason like my old laptop. And it's so light (not the MacBook Air) but pretty skinny. And so pretty LOL.

Now some further additions to my Fuckit List (this is ongoing LOL).

  • Date a guy who wears white sport socks with black trousers
  • Watch a fishing TV show
  • Grow a garden
  • Play Monopoly

Laptop woes and Fuckit List

My current laptop is on its last legs. I've spent the better part of two weeks doing research about what kind of laptops/notebooks are out there. I was all set to go buy one but am completely turned off my the dipshit nerds at several major electronics retailers. They are so condescening (so I don't know what dual core is, nor do I give a crap about blue ray LOL).

I've got one more retailer that I'm going to see tomorrow, so hopefully this time tomorrow I'll be typing away on my new laptop.

Some dude (google search tells me Michael Ian Black, don't know who he is) started this Twitter list. The Fuckit List is the opposite of a bucket list, things that you don't really care about doing before you die. Some of the lists are quite funny,

So, here's the start of my Fuckit List (it's going to be ongoing LOL).

  • Learn to sew
  • Get up early on a week day
  • Eat mushrooms
  • Read Harry Potter or the Twilight books
  • Go into Starbucks or Gloria Jeans
  • Visit LA
